Terms of Service
By using FastIPInfo (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. They're intentionally short and reasonable.
Acceptable use
FastIPInfo provides free informational tools for checking your own IP, network and browser details, and for general network calculations and lookups. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:
- use it to harass, stalk, deanonymise or harm any individual;
- attempt to attack, overload, scrape abusively, or disrupt the Service or the third-party APIs it relies on;
- use lookup tools to facilitate unauthorised access to systems or networks you don't own or administer.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. IP geolocation, WHOIS, speed and other results are estimates and best-effort lookups drawn from third-party data that may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate. Don't rely on them as the sole basis for any decision with legal, financial or safety consequences.
Accuracy of geolocation
IP geolocation cannot identify an individual or a precise street address. Results indicate the approximate area associated with a network, not a person's location. Treat them accordingly.
Third-party services
Certain tools depend on external providers (described in our privacy policy). Their availability and accuracy are outside our control, and your use of those features is also subject to the providers' terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastIPInfo and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Changes
We may modify the Service or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
